Return Process

  Place the silver piece in its original jewelry box and use a padded mailer to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
